1. What Remindify Is

Remindify is an AI-powered study assistant for students. It helps with things like:

• Tracking assignments and deadlines
• Generating flashcards and summaries from your materials
• Spaced repetition study sessions
• Answering questions about your coursework
• General study planning and organization

It's a tool to help you study, not a replacement for doing the work yourself.

2. Your Account

You sign in with Google. Keep your Google account secure and don't share access. You're responsible for what happens under your account. If you're under 18, a parent or guardian should be aware you're using the service.

3. Be Reasonable

We're pretty relaxed, but please don't:

• Use Remindify to cheat on exams or plagiarize work
• Upload harmful, illegal, or abusive content
• Try to break, exploit, or reverse-engineer the service
• Use it in ways that could harm other users

Basically: use it for studying, be a good person, and we're all good.

4. AI Isn't Perfect

Remindify uses AI to help you study. AI can be incredibly helpful, but it can also make mistakes: wrong answers, outdated info, or things that just don't make sense. Always double-check anything important with your teacher, textbook, or other reliable sources. We're not responsible for grades, academic decisions, or outcomes based on AI-generated content.

5. Your Content

Anything you upload, type, or create in Remindify belongs to you. We don't claim ownership of your files, notes, or flashcards. We only use your content to provide the service (like generating AI responses from your materials). You can delete your content at any time.

6. Availability

We do our best to keep Remindify running smoothly, but we can't promise 100% uptime. Things break sometimes. We may also update, change, or discontinue features as the product evolves. We'll try to give notice for big changes, but no guarantees.

7. Liability

Remindify is provided "as is." We do our best to build something useful, but we can't be held liable for things like missed deadlines, incorrect AI answers, lost data, or academic outcomes. Use the service at your own discretion and always have backups for important stuff.

8. Ending Things

You can stop using Remindify whenever you want. If you want your data deleted, just email us. We reserve the right to suspend accounts that violate these terms, but we'll always try to be fair about it.

9. Changes

We might update these terms as Remindify grows. If we make big changes, we'll try to let you know. Continuing to use the service means you accept the updated terms.
